Once patient is deemed safe they are discharged home with advice and a number to contact back if there is an issue. Patient can be discharged from same day to up to 2 days depending on their recovery. Wound are assessed back in clinic in 2 weeks by a senior nurse and each patient are reviewed personally by Mr Ahmad in outpatient follow up clinic in 6 to 8 weeks.
